Visual Language Steps
At the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service (SITES), I collaborated with the Arab American National Museum to reimagine The Arab American Experience. This 15-poster traveling exhibit celebrates Arab Americans’ rich traditions, history, and achievements. I developed a graphic framework using layering and patterns inspired by traditional Arab objects and architecture, reflecting the community’s diversity. Working closely with curators and content writers, I created an archive of images showcasing Arab American immigration and designed poster prototypes.
